Dear incredible staff and community of Baker,
My name is Cynthia Flores, I am one of the family services coordinators for the Mount Baker School District. Holidays are around the corner, and the Family Services Coordinators continue to work with local organizations to connect families within the district for holiday support. We continue to see that there are high needs when it comes to supporting families in our district during the holiday season. With this in mind, we wanted to reach out to all staff again this year. If you are a part of any business/local organizations/groups or would just like to support or help a family this year, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Support can range from donating a gift card to supporting an entire family. Any help is appreciated. The holiday assistance program provides basic needs items, clothing, food and gifts to district families. The last few years have been difficult for many in our community.
This is a busy time of year and we already have families who are requesting assistance, so please let us know as soon as you can. If you are interested in getting more information or being more involved with gift giving, please contact:
