We welcome all volunteers at Mount Baker School District and look forward to working with you to guarantee student success. If you plan to volunteer for a field trip or help in a classroom.

1. Complete the Volunteer Application Packet:

   • Complete sections C and D on the WSP Request for Criminal History (this is required for all volunteers), page 1.

   • Complete all sections of the Application, page 2.

   • Read and sign/date the Assumption of Risk, page 3.

   • Read and sign/date the Drug-Free Schools and Use of Tobacco Policies, pages 4-6.

2. You MUST submit your completed application IN-PERSON to the school or district office at least a week in advance of the activity. You will need to bring your photo I.D.

Note: If you have completed an application in the past, please check with Angie Bass at (360) 617-4602 to see if it is still current, as they are only good for two years.
